Online Coaching

Online coaching is a great way to get structure, support, direction, and accountability toward your fitness goals.

Rather than being blindly guided through your workouts like in 1-on-1 training, I’ll write you a custom 3-part training plan based on your goals, preferences, medical history, and information. To start, we’ll first have an initial assessment of your posture, movement patterns, and current endurance levels. With this data, I’ll accurately program exercises, stretches, and nutritional guidance that’s personalized to your benefit. Through weekly check-ins via video call, email, and texting, I’ll adjust your plan as needed, discuss habits, give encouragement, and answer any of your questions. 

I’ll help you figure out how to achieve your goals efficiently and provide ongoing support. You’re in charge of doing the work it takes to get there.

Part 1

Custom Training Program

I’ll teach you how to be mindful and disciplined with your nutrition so you can continue eating foods you love guilt-free, without being controlling or over-restrictive. 

SPECIFICITY
We’ll design the program to suit your lifestyle so you can make continuous progress. Your preferences on exercise selections and time management come into play here.

PROGRESSIONS
Your program will be built so you can continue to make progress. Different phases, strategies, and substitutions will ensure you reach your goal.

GUIDANCE
You’ll learn the how and why of everything in your program. You’ll never have to feel lost or confused in the gym (or in your home gym) again.

Part 2

Personalized Nutrition Protocol

You will receive custom-made training plans tailored to your goals and current fitness level.

LIFESTYLE APPROACH
We’ll determine what’s missing from your current nutrition and strategize on how to make step-by-step improvements without being overwhelming or completely overhauling your life.

EDUCATION
You’ll get recipes, sample meal plans, educational resources, and continuous support if you need swaps, substitutes, and guidance through whatever life throws your way.

Part 3

Accountability & Support

While it comes down to you to do the work, I am your support system and guide along the way. I’m here to make sure you are doing what’s necessary to succeed, whether it’s video calls, emails, or quick texts along the way.

WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITY
We’ll have consistent check-ins for for any program or nutrition tweaks, and ensure weekly goals are met.

UNLIMITED SUPPORT & ADJUSTMENTS
You will have unlimited access to me any time you have questions or need a little boost. Whether you need extra rest, are fighting a cold, or going on vacation, we can always adjust the program to your needs.

COMMUNITY
